Now let’s get into the snacks—yum!! I want to share with you three snacks that are easy to make, have no cooking involved, and are super festive. Whether you plan to use them for a midday snack or for holiday parties, these will be a huge success for anyone. As a bonus, they can be made quickly which is super helpful during work hours or for a quick snack for the kids. 🎄
Snowflake Cucumber Bites
Aren’t these adorable?! I used a small snowflake cookie cutter to bring a little festive touch to the snack. Tip: You can use regular cheese slices if you already have them at home.
Ingredients:
1 Cucumber, sliced
1 small container of cherry tomatoes,
Scallion cream cheese
Cheese slices
Instructions:
Place snowflake cut cheese on top of the cucumber slice. Dip one side of the cherry tomato in cream cheese and place on top of your snowflake cheese (this is yummy but also prevents the tomato from rolling off 😉).
Quick Grinch Kabobs
I love how cute & festive these ADORABLE grinch fruit kabobs are! If you have kids who like to help, this would be a perfect snack for them to make for your holiday parties. You can even create a little station for your family to get involved and help create them! I used items from this stoneware dinnerware set to create my own little station. Be sure to stack your fruits in the right order to create the Grinch’s head!
Ingredients:
Strawberries
Grapes
1 Banana, sliced
Marshmallows
Toothpicks
Instructions:
Cut the top of the strawberry off.
Add the grape, sliced banana, strawberry, and marshmallow to the toothpick.
Set on a gorgeous tray, like this one!
Mozzarella and Tomato Wreath
This one is my absolute FAVORITE and tastes delicious. I mean, you really can’t go wrong by showing up to a holiday party with a gorgeous wreath like this! You can even make mini wreaths for a quick snack at home! I LOVE that this looks really festive but is simple to create.
Ingredients:
Mini Mozzarella balls (I used two containers)
Grape Tomatoes (I used two containers)
Basil
Rosemary
Pesto
Skewers
Instructions:
Place basil and rosemary on a circular tray.
Set a small dish in the middle of the tray and fill it with pesto.
Create skewers, alternating grape tomatoes, and mozzarella balls.
Place the skewers on the tray, on top of the basil and rosemary!
